For something slightly more informal Mark can offer canapes and cocktails, or bowl food (Bowl food is more substantial than canapés and is an excellent alternative to a full meal or buffet without the need for formal seating and is great for larger numbers).
Mark has over 20 years professional experience and a proven track record, gaining multiple awards and medals along the way. Most recently he was head chef at Derby’s most prestigious restaurant Darley’s for 9 years, maintaining a Michelin Guide listing and 2 AA Rosettes throughout. He’s travelled extensively gaining knowledge and inspiration from different food cultures and ingredients he’s sampled along the way, this is reflected in his cooking. Now Mark brings all this experience to event catering using his passion and knowledge to create bold, unpretentious food for you to enjoy.

Karl offers premium bespoke dining experiences, completely catered to each desired taste, budget, theme and any allergies or food intolerances.
The food is British based cuisine, with world-wide influences and unique twists on ordinary dishes; always presented to the highest standards. Karl, is formally trained with over a decade of experience working within restaurant & hotel settings, including Michelin Star & Rosette rated establishments across the East Midlands.
Our private chef caters for all functions, events and weddings, bespoke menu creation, cookery instruction, corporate events and dinner party services for any sized group.
